摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation mechanism for an on-vehicle electronic equipment capable of sightly installing the electronic equipment on a vehicle when using the domestic electronic equipment as the oversea electronic equipment, and requiring no screws when fixing the electronic equipment. SOLUTION: In this mechanism, a sleeve 3 is fixed in a recessed part for housing the electronic equipment 1 in the vehicle, while first projecting pieces 3a extending forward from the electronic equipment 1 housed in the sleeve 3 are formed in a front part of the sleeve 3. The first projecting piece 3a is formed with holes 3b. Plate spring members 4 are fastened and fixed to the side faces of the electronic equipment 1. A second projecting piece 4a extending forward from the electronic equipment 1 is formed in a front part of the plate spring member 4, while the second projecting piece 4a is formed with claws 4b each engaging with the hole 3b. When inserting the electronic equipment 1 into the sleeve 3, the second projecting pieces 4a are deformed once and restored such that the claws 4b are locked to the holes 3b.
