PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling type portable toilet corresponding to water shortage outdoors, or at the time of a disaster such as an earthquake or the like. SOLUTION: A toilet body TB1 comprises a first and a second toilet seat component members 1 and 2 wherein toilet seat surfaces 1a and 2a are provided on an upper edge; and a linking means 3 which removably links the first and the second toilet seat component members with a desired space therebetween. A toilet recessed part 4 is defined by the toilet seat component members 1 and 2, and the linking means 3. A discharged urine receiving member RM1 has a flap part 11 for covering the toilet seat surfaces 1a and 2a of the first and the second toilet seat component members 1 and 2; and a bag-shaped part 12 for receiving discharged urine which is inserted into the toilet recessed part 4 of the toilet body TB1. The assembling type portable toilet comprises the toilet body TB1 and the discharged urine receiving member RM1.
