PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated board molded form of a high added value wherein problems on environmental conservation such as generation of a harmful gas and the like in incineration disposal are not generated as compared with conventional technique and a strength and cushioning properties are improved by laminating a natural material on the corrugated board. SOLUTION: A mold 31 and a pushing body 20 are heated. A sliced veneer 5s having the size and shape of the same degree is stuck onto an upper face of a corrugated board sheet 5d by using an adhesive to obtain a material sheet 500s. The material sheet 500s is placed by fitting onto a stage part 320 of the mold 31. The pressing body 20 is allowed to descend, the material sheet 500s in the stage part 320 is pushed onto the mold part 32 to apply slightly pressure, and air is supplied to the pressing body 20 to make the body 20 be inflated. Simultaneously the air between the material sheet 500s and the mold part 32 is sucked to make almost a vacuum, and the material sheet is bonded to the mold part 32 to form a tray.
