METHOD FOR PRODUCING INK USING REGENERATED VEGETABLE OIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ink having a good dryability by using a residual oil used e.g. in a food or beverage production. SOLUTION: This method for producing an ink uses a regenerated vegetable oil obtained by subjecting a used vegetable oil to the step of removing an animal oil. Preferably, the used vegetable oil is subjected to the step of removing an animal oil so that the regenerated oil has an iodine value of 100 or higher; the regenerated oil having a water content of 0.3 wt.% or lower is used; and a vegetable oil having an acid value of 3 or lower is selected and subjected to a regeneration treatment.
