PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of removing resupplied balls left in a resupplied ball passage and a prize ball dispenser without demounting the prize ball dispenser from a mechanism board. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine comprises a tank rail connected to a prize ball tank for reserving resupplied balls at the reverse of the pinball game machine for feeding the resupplied balls to a resupplied ball passage, the prize ball dispenser for discharging the resupplied balls from the resupplied ball passage, a resupplied ball runout detecting switch installed at the end of the bank rail for detecting the existence or absence of the resupplied balls, a maintenance lever for forcibly energizing the resupplied ball runout detecting switch by manual operation to permit the operation of a motor built in the prize ball dispenser for discharging the resupplied balls reserved in the resupplied ball passage, and a ball extractor arranged between the resupplied ball runout detecting switch and the prize ball dispenser. In a non-game mode, the ball extractor is operated for discharging the resupplied balls left in the prize ball tank and the tank rail to an island installation and the maintenance lever is operated for discharging the resupplied balls left in the resupplied ball passage and the prize ball dispenser.
