PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helicopter blade deicing device capable of efficiently removing ice clinging to a blade, while avoiding specialization of members and an increase in weight of an airframe. SOLUTION: The helicopter blade deicing device comprises flaps 3 each angularly displaceably supported on a blade 2; a flap drive for driving the flaps 3; and a torque calculating part 21 and an AF (active flap) calculating part 22 or the like which serve as flap control parts for controlling the flap drive. The AF calculating part 22 has a vibration damping mode for controlling flap movement so that the vibration of each blade 2 is reduced, and a deicing mode for controlling the flap movement to increase the vibration of each blade 2 to promote the separation of the ice clinging to each blade 2.
