PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a material cost by decreasing an area of a skin sheet 3 laminated on a part to become a scrap part S to a necessary minimum limit in a laminated sheet 1 to become a molding material of a product W with a skin and molded in steps of laminating a base material sheet 2 to become a base material of the product and the sheet 3 to become the skin of the product and molding the product in a state in which opposite two sides are grasped by a clamping member 10. SOLUTION: An opposing direction of two sides to be grasped by a clamping member 10 is an X direction and a longitudinal direction of the two sides is a Y direction. Thus, the skin sheet 3 is formed in a product corresponding shape changing in response to changes of an X axis direction surface length of Y axis directional parts of the product W in the X axis direction size of each of the Y axis direction. The base material sheet 2 is formed in a square having a larger X axis direction size than a maximum value of the X axis direction size of the skin sheet 3. And, the skin sheet 3 is laminated on the sheet 2 so that the X axis direction both sides of the sheet 2 are extended to the X axis direction both outsides of the sheet 3.
