PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker which is less in cooking irregularity even with the minimum cooking quantity of rice. SOLUTION: This rice cooker comprises an inner pot 11 to be taken out of a front side 12 of the rice cooker, the inner pot 11 is substantially parallelepiped, and the bottom area of the inner pot 1 is not greater than the minimum area in which the rice grains of the minimum cooking quantity do not overlap but are extended.
