PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-operated injection molding machine which can make replacements of a pulley and a motor unnecessary by changing a pulley ratio automatically and keep the pulley ratio always optimum. SOLUTION: In a plate moving mechanism in which a movable plate 5 fitted with a ball screw nut 6 is fitted forward/backward movably to a tie-bar 4 installed between the first fixed plate 2 and the second fixed plate 3, the rotational driving force of the motor 7 is transmitted to a ball screw 9 engaged with the nut 6 through a driving pulley 21, a belt 23, and a driver pulley 22, and the screw 9 is rotated to move the movable plate 5, the driving pulley 21, the belt 23, and the following pulley 22 are constituted by an automatic change gear 20 which can change the pulley ratio automatically.
