PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved means capable of simply and certainly fixing a base material to the upper mold of a foaming mold and requiring no labor for applying masking or forcibly correcting a position at the time of fixing work. SOLUTION: When the base material 16 is mounted on the upper mold 10, the piece 50 to be locked formed to the rear surface of the base material 16 in a protruded state is located in the through-hole 10b provided in the base material mounting surface of the upper mold 10. The locking member 34 provided in a freely revolvable manner so as to face to the interior of the through- hole 10b is revolved to be allowed to arrive at a locking position and the locking pawl part 38 of the locking member 34 protruded through the through- hole 10b is locked with the piece 50 to be locked to fix the base material 16 to the base material mounting surface of the upper mold 10.
