PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum wheel having high mechanical strength as a whole and excellent design property, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method aluminum wheel having a hub part with an axle fitted thereto, a disk part arranged at the surrounding of the hub part and having the design part, and a rim part on the outer peripheral part, comprises (a) a process for obtaining semi-molten alloy in the semi-molten state, (b) a process for manufacturing the disk part by filling with pressure the semi-molten alloy into a cavity in a metallic mold formed as the disk part shape, and (c) a process for joining the disk part and the rim part separately manufactured.
