PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aesthetic implement using a pad improved in safety and corrosion resistance and made satisfactory in feeling (touch) to the skin without causing a metal allergy, and a producing method of the pad for this aesthetic implement. SOLUTION: The pad to be used for the aesthetic implement is produced by a press working process for press working of a plate made of titanium into the form of the pad, a ruggedness forming process for forming fine ruggedness on the surface of the pad after press working by blast working, a cleaning process for removing sharpness by cleaning the surface of the pad after the formation of ruggedness in acid, and an anode oxidizing process for applying anode oxidizing treatment to the surface of the pad after cleaning.
