PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice pillow which is fit to the shape of the human head preventing a cold insulator from flowing to the periphery of a bag body according to the weight of the human head even when the ice pillow filled with the cold storage material inside the bag body is used. SOLUTION: This bulkhead device of the ice pillow comprises the bag body having a storage chamber 4 to fill the cold storage material 10 inside, and a partition 5 is provided in the storage chamber with the storage chamber not in a completely partitioned condition.
