PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker for a water tank capable of reducing a decreasing rate of cooling capacity by clogging of a filter. SOLUTION: This cooler for a water tank is equipped with a sirocco fan 20 for introducing outside air into a condenser 5 in a cooler body case 3 having built-in freezing apparatuses such as a compressor 4, the condenser 5, a heat exchanger 7 for water.
