PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator for multiple dwelling house capable of rapidly treating an abnormality generated in a dwelling unit by a person in a car or in a landing. SOLUTION: A dwelling unit management central control unit 12 and an elevator control device 7 are connected through an interface 13. An information of abnormality generation is indicated on the car and hall indicators 5, 6 if a signal is fed from the dwelling unit management central control device 12 to an elevator control device 7 when an abnormality is generated in each dwelling unit.
