PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper discharge device and a picture image forming device capable of changing rapidly and smoothly a discharging direction of printed paper P. SOLUTION: A first pair of feeding rollers 42 and a second pair of feeding rollers 43 which are upper and lower pairs respectively are placed on both of fight and left side parts sandwiching a center of width direction of the paper P to be conveyed for comprising drive motors 50a, 50b to make differences in rotation speed between the first pair of feeding rollers 42 and the second pair of feeding rollers 43. For a conveyance upstream side from both the right and the left feeding rollers 42, 43, a pair of holding rollers 52 to have the conveyance upstream side of the paper P held and conveyed is placed on a width dimension W1 of a region sandwiched between drive motors 45, 46 of the first pair of feeding rollers 42 and the second pair of feeding rollers 43.
