PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely collect the subject of minesweeping such as mooring systems through minesweeping. SOLUTION: This device includes a rod member 15a; a plurality of vertical plates 15b provided along the direction of the outer peripheral diameter of the rod member; oblique plates 15c provided to point diagonally upward between the vertical plates; and locking parts 15e formed in the oblique plates by cutting. The possibility of hooking mooring systems by means of the plurality of locking parts of the minesweeping device can be increased, and a structure in which the oblique plates are held by the rod member via the vertical plates provides excellent strength and prevents deformation even if a heavy object is hooked.
