PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a printing deviation of a cream solder due to elongation and contraction of a base plate. SOLUTION: A mask device 40 comprises a mask plate 50, a frame 60 and a tensile force variably giving means 70. In this case, the means 70 couples the plate 50 to the frame 60 and gives a tensile force to the plate 50. The plate 50 is variably elongated or contracted by the means 70 to adapt itself to a deformation of the base plate.
