PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed food capable of being used for raw food and shabushabu (thin slices of beef parboiled in hot soup) by adding suitable elasticity (soft taste) to thin parts of arms of squid or octopus which have been used solely for producing salted fish guts and enhancing texture. SOLUTION: Arm parts 1, 2 of raw squid or raw octopus are rolled in a flat planer shape having <=1 mm thickness by press working. |
