PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system to distribute merchandise ordered by a user of a hotel in a guest room to the user from a warehouse without any help from others. SOLUTION: Each of guest rooms 41a is furnished with an output port 31 for a user to receive merchandise and a personal computer 60a furnished with the function of confirming an orderer to place an order for the merchandise from a control server 10a, hotel 40a is furnished with a merchandise warehouse 20, a packing material, a distribution pipe to pass the merchandise from the merchandise warehouse 20 to the output port 31 and the control server 10a to control distribution of the merchandise and accounting, and the control server 10a constitutes a characteristic feature of automatically distributing the merchandise ordered by the user in the merchandise warehouse to the output port 31 through the distribution pipe 30 by setting the merchandise warehouse 20 at a higher place than the output port 31, using also gravity working on the merchandise, accepting the order of the merchandise from the personal computer 60a of the user through an internet circuit 50a, taking the merchandise out of the merchandise warehouse 20 and setting a distribution passage of the merchandise. |
