摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapidly and readily assaying ATP, AMP, ADP, cyclic AMP, ammonia and ammonium ion with low blank value, in good reproducibility in high sensitivity, and further to provide a composition used for the assay. SOLUTION: This method for determining a trace component such as the ATP and/or the AMP, the ADP, the cyclic AMP, the ammonia and the ammonium ion is characterized in that a reaction represented by reaction formula (I) (wherein, E1 is an enzyme using ATP as a substrate; E2 is an enzyme using AMP as a substrate; S1 is a reactant with E1; P1 is a product of the reaction of S1 with E1; S2 is a reactant with E2; P2 is a product of the reaction of S2 with E2) is carried out by using a NAD synthetic enzyme and an enzyme (E1) using the AMP as the substrate, and the component consumed or formed by the reaction is determined. The composition used for the assaying method is also provided.
