PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong photographing for subjects information. SOLUTION: A TV camera 3 is attached to a retinal camera 1 such as a fundus camera or the like through a TV adapter 2, and in addition to an image recorder 5 comprising a CPU 5a, a TV monitor 5b, a recording means 5c and an image capture board or the like through a TV signal cable 4. An image photographing corresponding mode selector 7 is connected to the image recorder 5 through a control signal cable 6. By selecting the image photographing corresponding mode, whether in a continuous photographing corresponding mode or a one-sheet photographing corresponding mode, examinee information can be controlled, and correspondence between the subjects information and images can be controlled reliably.
