PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product made by laminating a porous material particle- containing plastic film reduced in surface flaw and excellent in design effect, having a natural material feeling and used for decoration, for example, used for the lamination to a metal, a woody material and an inorganic material, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The product is laminated by the porous material particle- containing plastic film reduced in surface flaw and excellent in design effect having a two-layered structure constituted by laminating an upper layer comprising a back-printed transparent thermoplastic resin film with a thickness of 0.01-0.2 mm on a lower layer comprising a thermoplastic resin film with a thickness of 0.05-0.5 mm comprising a resin containing 7 weight % or more of porous material particles with a particle size of 2-300μm.
