In the fastening position of the flat countersunk head screw B' where the side Bd of the head Bb of the countersunk head screw B' having the shaft part Ba screwed in a screw hole 31 of a connector 3 through the insert hole 23 faces the inner surface of the insert hole 23, a projecting base Bc of the shaft part Bb of the flat countersunk head screw B' is stored in the groove 24.
