PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure if a pivot pin and a hinge hole, to facilitate machining the pivot and the hinge hole, to improve slip-off preventing function of the pivot pin, and to improve assembling workability of a seat back. SOLUTION: The pivot pin 47 having the head 49 formed with a large diameter is provided in a hinge bracket 35 if a seat cushion 12. A cutout recessed part 51 is provided in the head 49 of the pivot pin 47. The hinge hole 53 in which the head 49 of the pivot pin 47 can be fitted is formed in the hinge part 45 of the seat back 13. A projecting part 55 fitted to the cutout recessed part 51 of the head 49 of the pivot pin 47 is formed in the hinge hole 53. The hinge hole 53 and the head 49 of the pivot pin 47 are fitted only when the hinge part 45 of the seat back 13 is in a designated inclined state to the hinge bracket 35 of the seat cushion 12.
