PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bactericidal composition capable of obtaining a high bactericidal effect with a simplified treatment, and excellent in safety and workability. SOLUTION: This liquid bactericidal composition comprises an aqueous solution which contains (A) hypochlorous acid and (B) a pH adjustor, and further has a pH value of 3-8 (when measured at 25 deg.C).
