PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel tack seal enabling a user to arbitrarily incorporate favorite data or the like by improving a conventional tack seal. SOLUTION: The tack seal is manufactured by forming a plurality of tack seal laminates, each of which consists of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a predetermined shape, a transparent sheet having a predetermined shape and a transparent thick coating resin layer having a predetermined shape, on the surface of realease paper and arbitrary printing is applied to the transparent sheet so as to leave at least a partial transparent region inside the peripheral part of the shape of the transparent sheet and each of the laminates is formed so as to be releasable at the interface of the release paper and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
