PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of folding and curling of a medium at the time of accumulating and to prevent occurrence of jam. SOLUTION: When the medium 3 conveyed by a conveying means is sent into a medium accumulating part 7 by a feeding roller 8, a medium guide 11 is moved into the medium accumulating part 7 for guiding the medium 3 to be steadied and dropped.
