PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix the bottom mounting part of a door grip to an inner panel by improving the structure of a door switch finisher. SOLUTION: The top mounting part 15 of a door grip 13 is installed on an inner panel 17, while a bottom mounting part 14 of the door grip 13 is inserted through a hole 25 formed in a door switch finisher 24 provided on a lower trim 11 and also attached to the body part 16a of a mount piece 16 installed upright on the undersurface of the door switch finisher 24, and the bottom mounting part 14 of the door grip 13 is fixed to the inner panel by fixing the skirt part 16b of the mount piece 16 to the inner panel 17.
