PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spike pin for a tire having excellent braking performance in traveling on an icy and snowy road and capable of preventing the generation of damage of a road surface in traveling on a normal road. SOLUTION: At least one part of a spike pin for tire is formed of a composition having 2.5 to 30 MPa of a compression stress value for giving the compression deformation at 5% in a temperature area at 0 deg.C to 20 deg.C and 2.5 MPa or more in a temperature area at 0 deg.C to -20 deg.C, and having 1.2 to 20 MPa of a compression stress value for giving the compression deformation at 20% in a temperature area at 20 deg.C or more.
