PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit insertion of an advertisement paper with a distributing commodity into a newspaper without damaging the distributing commodity and without requiring much labor for the folding work of the same. SOLUTION: In the advertisement paper inserted into the inside of the folding of the newspaper 9, the distributing commodity, packaged under a condition that the thickness of the same is thin, is attached to the surface of the advertisement paper 1 while the advertisement paper is folded under a condition that the distributing commodity is pinched between the inside surfaces of the folded advertisement paper. Grain type, power type, cream type, liquid type or thin sheet type commodity is housed in a thin packaging bag 2 as the distributing commodity preferably, then, the packaging bag 2 is attached to the surface of the advertisement paper 1. In this case, the attachment piece 3 to the terminal rim of the packaging bag 2 is attached along the end rim or the paper 1 so that the distributing commodity can be opened toward the outside of the advertisement paper 1.
