PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost and to compactify constitution. SOLUTION: In a working vehicle arranged with a power transmission shaft 15 between a clutch housing 13 and a transmission case 14 and covered with a power transmission case 21, a gear case 18 is fixedly provided in a front face of the case 14, and a front wheel transmission 40 of a key shift type is provided inside the gear case 18. A front wheel power transmission shaft 19 is arranged in a position lower than that of a shifter operating shaft 45 of the transmission 40.
