PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solvent extracting apparatus excellent in extraction effect and capable of easily separating a sediment from a solution system to recover the same. SOLUTION: In the solvent extracting apparatus equipped with a mixer part and a settler part, the bottom part of the settler part is opened and an upwardly opened sedimentation tank is provided so as to communicate with the opening of the bottom part of the settler part and has a downwardly extended inclined surface and a lower discharge port and extraction advances in the settler part while the sediment formed in the settler part is separated from a liquid phase through the sedimentation tank.
