PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized rice huller excellent in maintenance and handling operability by combining a impeller type hulling device, a suction type winnowing device, and an oscillation plate type grain separating device. SOLUTION: The peripheral speed of the hulling fan of the impeller type hulling device is adjusted to about 30-38 m/s. As for the arrangement and constitution of devices, a suction fan is disposed at the almost central upper part of a machine body and a suction sorting air course is installed so as to be longitudinally long, a hulling fan connected with an unhusked rice feeding funnel is disposed on one side of both right and left sides of the air course so that the position of the rotation axis of the hulling fan is lower than that of the suction fan, and an oscillation sorting plate is arranged on the other side so that its position is lower than the position of the rotation axis of the suction fan.
