PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary footwear stand in which the footwear is rotated by 180 deg. in a condition easy to wear when the footwear is put on from a put-off condition. SOLUTION: A motor 4 is mounted on a rotary table 2 with the footwear placed thereon, and an arm 5 is extended from the motor 4, and received by a spring 6. A sensor 7 for a heavy load, a sensor 8 for a light load, and a sensor 8 for rotation to stop the rotation of the rotary stand 2 at 180 deg. are fitted below the motor 4. When a person gets on the rotary table 2 of the rotary footwear table, and puts off the footwear, and he is detached from the table, the sensor 7 for the heavy load starts to work, and after several seconds, the rotary stand 2 is rotated by 180 deg. with the footwear put thereon and stopped with the footwear in the put-on direction. When the person puts off the footwear, and gets off the rotary footwear stand, the sensor 8 for the light load detects the presence/absence of the footwear 3 to prevent the rotary stand 2 from being rotated.
