PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave-formed ceramic griddle for griddling meat with charcoal fire, removing excess grease of the meat, saving the gravy and grease to prevent them from dripping down in fire and from generating smoke so that the saved gravy and grease can be used as sauce for griddling vegetables, etc. SOLUTION: In the griddle comprised of a porcelain or ceramic wave-formed structure, meat is griddled at a ridge part of the griddle. Therefore, grease and gravy extracted from the meat run down to both sides of the ridge part to be saved in gravy wells in trough parts on both sides of the ridge part so that the gravy is prevented from dripping down in fire and generation of smoke is prevented. In addition, vegetables, etc., are griddled in the gravy walls.
