PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general purpose combine harvester that a driver can safely and surely operate levers for a reaping portion in good efficiency, while operating a rotary steering wheel, a main speed change lever, and so on. SOLUTION: This general purpose combine harvester having a reaping treatment device liftably disposed in the front of the combine harvester and a rotary steering wheel disposed at the front of a driver's seat disposed in a place above the lateral center of the machine frame, is characterized by disposing travel system operation means and reaping portion operation means on the left and right sides of the steering handle, respectively.
