PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a paper sheet by angularly displacing a surface portion of the paper sheet with a predetermined recess or perforation, etc., formed therein to form an aperture, and automatically passing a neck of a container through the aperture. SOLUTION: This paper sheet mounting apparatus 10 comprises a container carrier 20 to carry a container C having the neck N, a paper sheet feeder 25 which is disposed along the container carrier 20 and successively feed the paper sheet P with a U-shaped cut line 13 formed therein, and an aperture forming device 66 arranged in the middle of the paper sheet feeder 25. The aperture forming device 66 presses upward a tongue piece portion 15 forming an inner area surrounded by the cut line 13 of the paper sheet P to form an aperture 17, and feeds the paper sheet P with the aperture 17 formed, and the paper sheet P is hanged from the neck N of the container C to be carried on the container carrier 20.
