PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the safety of a probe with touch sensor. SOLUTION: A head part 1 is set projecting on the front of a case C, a substrate K is built in the case C and a control circuit 2, a fan 3, an LED lamp 4 and a push-switch 5 are attached to the case. A spherical lens 11 is inserted by opening the center of the head part 1, and two contacts 12 and 12' are planted on the upside and downside of the spherical lens 11. At the top end of a rod composed of the conductor of metal or the like, a flat or convex curved surface is formed by the contacts 12 and 12' and the surface is plated with gold. A heat sink 13 is installed at the back of the spherical lens 11, the axial center is bored with a hole, and a semiconductor laser diode 14 is inserted. |
