PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method which is small in the environmental load, high in the safety of a cleaning fluid as such for the human body, and simultaneously capable of effecting safe and hygienic washing and sterilization without causing pollution and eutrophication of the washed waste water. SOLUTION: Since the soiling of an object to be washed is swollen/dissociated with the use of an alkaline buffer solution formed by electrolysis to float a soiling component mainly having an oil component in the solution, the washed waste water contains no surface active agent. Further, by adding a substance capable of forming hypochlorous acid having sterilization effect by electrolysis to cause the substance to form the hypochlorous acid in the buffer solution by electrolysis, the washing effect and the sterilization effect on the object to be washed are more improved. |
