PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete composition for centrifugal forming which, even when used together with a high-strength material such as siliceous material, is capable of expressing sufficient strength by conventional pressing with centrifugal force. SOLUTION: This composition comprises cement, high-strength material and a water-soluble copolymer used as an admixture, wherein the water-soluble copolymer used is obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture that contains: (a) at least one vinyl monomer that consists of a compound having a polyoxyalkylene chain(s) formed by subjecting 2-100 mol (on the average) of 2-3C alkylene oxide to addition polymerization; and (b) at least another vinyl monomer that consists of a compound having a carboxy, sulfo or amide group, or its water-soluble salt. |
