PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable decorative top panel, which uses a melamine decorative panel and has capacity equal to that of a melamine decorative top panel, in place of the melamine decorative top panel. SOLUTION: The decorative top panel is constituted by laminating a decorative sheet, wherein a surface protective layer comprising an electron beam curable resin is formed on a sheet made of a synthetic resin comprising a non- halogen thermoplastic resin, on one surface of a steel panel through an adhesive layer. |
