SMALL-SIZED VIBRATION MOTOR AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized vibration motor by a method of decreasing the number of parts by making common use of a brush and a brush base, improving workability by facilitate a stage for mounting a power feeding section and assembling a power feeding section having power feeding terminals necessary after assemlbing of a motor sash weight section and driving power section and a method for assembling the same. SOLUTION: A commutator 34 is installed to a connecting end 40 of a projecting shape formed at the terminal of a rotor revolving shaft 32 of the motor driving power section 3 and further a taper surface 39 allowing smooth insertion is formed at the front end. The brush base 21 of the power feeding section mounted with the necessary external power feeding terminal is provided with a central recessed part 24 for branching the brush and fitting the connecting end at the center. A commutator 34 installed at the connecting terminal 40 formed at the terminal of the rotator revolving shaft 32 is put and held between one set of parallel contact side ends 22a and 22a.
