PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for dish-up capable of carrying out dishing-up of dishes for a large number of people and food such as vegetables at a comparatively small working site and in a short period of time and capable of putting covers on them in a state where the dishes are cold. SOLUTION: This device for dish-up is furnished with six pieces of working benches 21-26 to use for dishing-up of food, an elevating support part 3 free to carry these six pieces of the working benches 2 to a specified lowering position from a specified rising position in a state they are supported by holding specified intervals in the vertical direction the food arranged on each of the working benches 2 requires and an elevating transfer part 4 to transfer each of the working benches 2 supported at the lowering position by this elevating support part 3 to a dishing-up position at specified height in order from the upper side and to the specified rising position above this dishing-up position with a specified working space H.
