PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of easily controlling the shape, arrangement, volume and opening part dimension of a blind cavity and obtaining a sheetlike resin molded object excellent in lightweight properties, rigidity and sound absorbing and insulating characteristics, and to provide a method for manufacture the resin molded object using this mold. SOLUTION: The mold is equipped with a fixed mold 2, a movable mold 1, the pressure medium/resin injection member 20 mounted in the fixed mold 2 on the side of the movable mold 1 and the mold cavity 4 prescribed by the movable mold 1 and the injection member 20. A plurality of pressure gas injection nozzles 5 are arranged but all of the nozzles has no same jet orifice shape, and at least one nozzle has a jet orifice diameter different from that of the other nozzles. The respective nozzles are irregularly arranged to the surface forming wall 20a of the injection member. Each of the pressure gas injection nozzles 5 may have a cooling mechanism or a retraction mechanism.
