PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a cement product capable of reducing the manufacturing cost by efficiently performing the manufacturing work of the cement product. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the cement product comprising water, cement and an aggregate, at least one kind from among the manufacturing other than water is packaged in a water-soluble bag. Then, the material together with the bag is stirred with other materials.
