PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired product by purposively heating a magnesium alloy relatively poor in formability. SOLUTION: A slide is stopped at a fixed position by means of a press machine capable of numerically controlling a descending a movement of a slide and, a magnesium alloy is heated with a die during stopping, successively it is formed.
