PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a large number of sheets to be copied in a short time without increasing a copying speed and assure good images even when large-size sheets are copied after a large number of small-size sheets are copied. SOLUTION: An image forming device comprises a developing unit 5 for supplying a developer to a static latent image formed on a photoreceptor drum 2 through an exposure part 4 for development, a transfer charger 6 for transferring the developer image developed by the developing unit 5 to sheet P, a supply means 16 for supplying the P to the photoreceptor drum 2, and a control part 68 for forming the plurality of static latent images in parallel on the photoreceptor drum 2 through the exposure part 4 at a time as required. The supply means 16 has a feeder cassette 37 for storing the sheet in parallel as required and first and second supply parts A, B for supplying the sheet stored in parallel in the sheet feeder cassette 37, after picked out one by one at a time, in parallel to the photoreceptor drum 2.
