摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee artificial limb femur part capable of reducing the restriction force acting on a ligament at the bending angle of 80-130 deg. of a knee, and a knee artificial limb using the same. SOLUTION: A femur part has two condyles (2) and one trochlea part support surface (3) to be fixed to the leading end of the femur part and the trochlea part support surface (3) forms a trochlea part track (4) arcuate in its longitudinal cross section so that the outer surfaces of the condyles engage with the upper surface of a tibia insert and the outer surface of each condyle has an intermediate circular arc in its longitudinal cross section. The outer surface of the condyle has the surfaces of intermediate and end circular areas (5), (6) and the angle of the intermediate circular arc (5) is in a range of 80-90 deg. and the angle of the end circular arc (6) is in a range of 40-50 deg. and the radius of curvature of the end circular arc (6) is smaller than that of the intermediate circular arc (5).
