PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a portable video game machine having a communication port is not necessarily utilized effectively other than the use of its function in a competition type video game. SOLUTION: This video game interlocking device is provided with a communication means at least receiving various information related to the video game being played and outputted from an electronic apparatus having a communication function with the outside and capable of implementing the video game via a radio communication, a signal decoding means decoding various information received with the communication means, and a realizing means realizing the information based on the information decoded with the signal decoding means.
